Traci Wallace established Coffeehouse Collective in 2017 with the goal of fostering healthy, adaptable work environments for creatives and activists, while promoting life-enhancing products, causes, and offerings through regenerative marketing and communications.
Known for aligning brands with the right energy, she supports her clients to foster deep, authentic connections to attract like-minded individuals who are eager to support their mission, become ambassadors for their brand, and advocates for their cause. Her unique ability to blend marketing expertise with social and environmental impact has made her a sought-after consultant for organizations seeking to align financial health with meaningful impact.
Traci has worked with organizations around the world across a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, sports marketing, film, music, wellness, environmental advocacy, and human rights. Together with advocates from around the world, she has played a key role in raising awareness of critical global issues, such as women's and children's rights, the integration of regenerative frameworks into global systems, regenerative agriculture, and the fight against family violence and coercive control. Her collaborative campaigns have reached over 100 million people worldwide.
Traci’s advocacy efforts include ongoing support for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW,) and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). She has also championed the integration of UN human rights recommendations into U.S. policy and has led campaigns that played a key role in the passage of critical legislation. These include the Keeping Children Safe from Family Violence Act (via the Reauthorization of VAWA in 2022) and Piqui’s Law in California (2023), both of which prioritize the safety and well-being of children while protecting the human rights of survivors of family violence.
As a member of Kiss the Ground, Traci played a pivotal role in shaping the movement’s early stages of awakening the world to the potential of regeneration and building healthy soil. She was instrumental in supporting various initiatives, including the launch of the Soil Advocate Training and Soil Story Curriculum—programs designed to educate individuals of all ages on the importance of soil regeneration. Traci also worked closely with film partners to promote the award-winning documentaries Kiss the Ground and Common Ground, both of which showcase the transformative power of regenerative agriculture in combating climate change as well as restoring soil and human health. Following her time at Kiss the Ground, Traci joined the nRhythm Team, where she supported the global launch of Regenerative Economics Educational Programs in partnership with John Fullerton of the Capital Institute with participants from over 30 countries in its first year.
Traci has also collaborated with musicians, activists, and influencers to merge music, wellness and humanitarianism in impactful ways. She managed global campaigns for Michael Franti & Spearhead, organizing world tours, album launches, human rights and wellness initiatives. She played a key role in launching Franti’s award-winning documentary Stay Human, a powerful film that promotes hope, positivity, and social change through the transformative power of music.
In addition to her advocacy and international campaigns, Traci has worked with prominent global brands such as Callaway Golf. She developed national sales communication strategies, crafted integrated sales strategies across product categories and channels, and spearheaded the company’s entry into the Indian market. Traci also organized high-profile golf events and exclusive experiences in cities like New Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai, partnering with brands like American Express Platinum, BMW, and Audi. Her work in India helped grow the sport and build lasting partnerships with top golfers in the region.
A passionate speaker and writer, Traci frequently shares her insights on regenerative marketing, human rights, and the integration of regenerative principles in both workplaces and global systems. As a sought-after consultant, she guides organizations looking to cultivate health and meaningful, lasting change in the world and their communities.
