About Us

Coffeehouse Collective, was founded in 2017 by Traci Wallace with the intention of creating healthy, adaptable work environments for creatives and activists while promoting life-enhancing products, causes, and offerings through regenerative marketing and communications.

Renowned for aligning brands with the right energy, we helps clients build deep, authentic connections that attract like-minded individuals eager to support their mission, become brand ambassadors, and advocate for their cause. Their unique ability to blend marketing expertise with social and environmental impact has made them a sought-after consultancy for organizations seeking to balance financial success with meaningful change.

Over the years, we has collaborated with organizations across the globe in a variety of sectors, including hospitality, sports marketing, film, music, wellness, environmental advocacy, and human rights. Alongside advocates worldwide, Coffeehouse has played a pivotal role in raising awareness of key global issues such as women's and children's rights, regenerative frameworks, regenerative agriculture, and the fight against family violence and coercive control. Their collaborative campaigns have reached over 100 million people worldwide.

Coffeehouse’s advocacy work includes ongoing support for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). They have been instrumental in integrating UN human rights recommendations into U.S. policy and have collaborated on campaigns that contributed to the passage of landmark legislation, including the Keeping Children Safe from Family Violence Act (through the 2022 Reauthorization of VAWA) and Piqui’s Law in California (2023). Both laws prioritize child safety and protect the rights of survivors of family violence.

As part of the original Kiss the Ground team, we helped shape the early movement to raise global awareness about the potential of regenerative practices, particularly in soil health. They supported key initiatives, including the launch of the Soil Advocate Training and Soil Story Curriculum, designed to educate people of all ages on the importance of soil regeneration. Coffeehouse also worked closely with film partners to promote the award-winning documentaries Kiss the Ground and Common Ground, both highlighting the transformative power of regenerative agriculture in combating climate change and restoring soil and human health.

Coffeehouse also partnered with nRhythm and contributed to the global launch of Regenerative Economics Educational Programs in partnership with John Fullerton of the Capital Institute, with participants from over 30 countries in its first year.
We have worked with musicians, activists, and influencers to merge music, wellness, and humanitarian efforts in powerful ways including the management of global campaigns for Michael Franti & Spearhead, organizing world tours, album launches, and human rights and wellness initiatives. We also played a pivotal role in the launch of Franti's award-winning documentary Stay Human, which uses the transformative power of music to inspire hope, positivity, and social change.

Beyond advocacy and international campaigns, Coffeehouse consultants have partnered with global brands such as Callaway Golf, developing national sales communication strategies, integrated sales strategies across product categories, and helping the company expand into the Indian market. Their work in India focused on growing the sport and fostering lasting partnerships with top golfers in the region.

Other notable collaborations include working with Owaves, an award-winning app that redefines our relationship with time and wellness, and with Conscious Capitalism in its early years, helping redefine capitalism’s role in fostering social and economic equality. Coffeehouse consultants have also served as Board Members for organizations like the Sean O'Shea Foundation, which empowers youth through yoga and mentorship, and Family Court Awareness Month, which co-sponsored California’s Keeping Children Safe From Family Violence Act (Piqui’s Law), advocating for child safety in custody decisions.

As passionate speakers and writers, Coffeehouse consultants regularly share their insights on regenerative marketing, human rights, and the integration of regenerative principles into both business practices and global systems. They are trusted guides for organizations seeking to create meaningful, sustainable change in their communities and the world.
