Traci Wallace (she/her) is bringing humanity to marketing inspired by the Regenerative Design Principles of nRhythm. Through her work with organizations committed to a regenerative future, Traci helps clients say NO to outdated and harmful “best practices” and YES to their own possibility and potential. Her gift is creating the right energy around her clients’ brand ecosystems to attract the right people to their products and services for the long run.
For more than a decade, Traci worked with some of the top companies in the U.S., India, and Latin America in marketing, strategic planning, high-profile events, sponsorship, product commercialization, corporate communications, public relations, and international business development. This work took her around the globe, including a long-term placement in New Delhi, India, and landed her in publications like Executive Travel Magazine.
For many of those years, though, Traci was leading a double life. When she wasn’t in corporate mode, she was meditating and exploring higher consciousness. She avoided using words like “holistic” and “empowerment” at work, and worried that making more money would derail her spiritual path.
After her time in India, Traci realized that she didn’t have to check her values and authenticity at the door when she came to work. It was also clear to her that making money wasn’t the problem; rather, the marketing world desperately needed more consciousness in its thinking and business practices. In 2011, she pivoted to working with brands and clients in yoga, wellness, and music, producing events with some of the industry’s most influential musicians, brands and changemakers.
She spent an additional two years with the innovative digital marketing agency SILVR as a Senior Business Development & Marketing Strategist. In 2016, Traci founded Coffeehouse Collective, a boutique agency that supports human connection and evolution through regenerative marketing practices. Along with her team, Traci is reimagining the marketing paradigm as a space that supports regeneration over-extraction, cares for our people and planet, and fosters solidarity and collective prosperity. She firmly believes that by practicing values like compassion and mindfulness through communication in the marketplace, we can reshape the ways that we connect with each other in our society as a whole.
Traci is a New York-born Californian who is constantly inspired by nature. She loves spending time with her son and friends in her magical patio garden, surfing, hiking, gardening, and of course, writing. She also advocates for women and children, racial justice, and a regenerative future where everyone can thrive. You can find her on Instagram at @coffeehousecollective and at www.coffeehousecollective.com.
Meet Sarah Lipsett Community Manager and Digital Event Producer
Sarah Lipsett (she/her) is a marketing consultant, digital space producer, and facilitator with a knack for compassionately helping socially conscious entrepreneurs and organizations take their work to the next level, from concept to execution.
She was thrilled to join the Coffeehouse Collective team in 2020, and has so far had the pleasure of managing projects for Pass the Honey, a brand working to evolve apiary practices and ecological diversity.
Whether she’s teaching wellness leaders how to create and monetize their offers, directing trainings for nonprofits, or producing large-scale online events and campaigns, the core of Sarah’s work is a genuine care for the wellbeing of everyone she encounters. She loves turning clients’ complex visions into tangible, digestible, and desirable offerings. She’s great at giving clients timely words of affirmation, and also doesn’t shy away from telling them what they need to hear to get out of their own way.
Before she jumped into the consulting world full time, Sarah spent more than a decade drawing on her empathy and sharpening her listening skills as an academic advisor in higher education. And even though her broadcast journalism degree from CU Boulder left her disillusioned with the mainstream media landscape, that experience was where she fell in love with producing content.
When she’s not helping clients evolve and level up, she loves spoiling her sweet cat James, experimenting with vegan recipes and natural wines, exploring her home state’s infinite hiking trails, and supporting anti-capitalist yoga spaces. At the moment, she lives on Indigenous Cheyenne and Arapaho land (also known as Denver, Colorado) and hangs out on Instagram at @sarahalipsett.

She fuels social change by writing conscious content for paradigm-shifting individuals and organizations; coaching progressive politicians and movement leaders; facilitating group programs on change-making leadership; and speaking on a range of topics, including her experience as a trauma survivor and the messy work of being a white, cisgender co-conspirator for social justice.
In 2020, Lauren co-founded Radically Awaken, an anti-oppression consulting partnership where she co-leads workshops, courses, and private coaching sessions on topics like anti-racism with her collaborators Charlie Redd and Tristan Katz. Alongside Tristan, Lauren co-hosts a podcast on social justice and entrepreneurship featuring candid, inspiring conversations with leaders like Michelle Cassandra Johnson, Rebby Kern, Daje James, and many more. Lauren spent several years working in policy, communications, and fundraising for Democratic politicians on Capitol Hill and on the campaign trail before pivoting to social change work full-time in 2016. In addition to spearheading a campaign to register her local yoga community to vote, Lauren served as a communications and fundraising strategist and community organizer for several nonprofits, grassroots organizations, and high-integrity small businesses. She also spent seven years teaching trauma-informed yoga and meditation, and continues to integrate spiritual practices into the work she does with clients today.
