Traci Wallace founded Coffeehouse Collective in 2017 to promote life-enhancing offerings through regenerative marketing, communications & design. Known for aligning brands with the right energy, she supports her clients to foster deep, authentic connections to attract like-minded individuals who are eager to support their mission, become ambassadors for their brand, & advocates for their cause. Traci has worked with organizations around the world across a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, sports marketing, film, music, wellness, environmental advocacy & human rights. She has played a key role in raising awareness of critical global issues, such as women's & children's rights, the integration of regenerative frameworks into global systems, regenerative agriculture, & the fight against family violence & coercive control. Her collaborative campaigns have reached over 100 million people worldwide.
Traci’s advocacy efforts include ongoing support for the ratification of the ERA, CEDAW, and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). She has also championed the integration of UN human rights recommendations into U.S. policy and has collaborated on campaigns that played a key role in the passage of critical legislation. These include the Keeping Children Safe from Family Violence Act (via the Reauthorization of VAWA in 2022) & Piqui’s Law in California (2023), both of which prioritize the safety & well-being of children while protecting the human rights of survivors of family violence.
As a member of Kiss the Ground, she played a key role in the early stages of the movement, helping raise global awareness about the potential of regeneration. She worked closely with the organization's film partners to promote the award-winning documentaries Kiss the Ground and Common Ground, both of which highlight the power of regenerative agriculture in mitigating climate change. Traci has also collaborated with musicians like Michael Franti, leading global campaigns that harness the power of music for social change.
Her diverse experience includes strategic work with brands such as Callaway Golf, developing national sales strategies & expanded market presence in India. A passionate speaker and writer, Traci frequently shares her insights on regenerative marketing, human rights, & the integration of regenerative principles in both workplaces and global systems.
